Yellow button on the back side of the net fell off, can no longer lock the net in place on the handle to use.....net to fall off handle when dipping for fish.
Poor design, expected better.
FFFrabill Fishing18 seconds agoWe’re very sorry to hear about the issue with the locking button — that’s certainly not what you should expect, especially at a premium price. We understand how frustrating it must be to have the net come loose during use.

Paid a premium price for this net less than a year ago. The brass pin fell out of the release button that secures the net to the handle when it is not retracted rendering the net useless. I have left multiple voicemail messages for their customer service teamover last 2 weeks. No response. Used the provided form on their website to reach out to them multiple times. Also no response. Not impressed

Latch broke the first time I used the net. Handle no longer latches.

Happened to me also, that the net removed from tje bar and the net is gone forever… This CAN be user issue, and most likely is, but you guys need to take it into account in your design

The handle came off fell into the water gone forever. The button to extend also came apart and now it's stuck open fully extended because of that button if I were to collapse it I would have no way to extend it again. The handle at the top of the net I thought may be a good ideal but it's not as it is protruding into the net opening and is in the way while trying to actually net a fish. Horrible quality horrible design I won't be using any frabill products anymore as this company has gone down hill.
