I’ve had this for over 5 years and it has been great. It keeps the bait alive and is easy to handle. The pump did die after 3 years, mostly my fault for letting water get inside. Called Frabill and they sent me a new pump right away. Just killed my second pump and when I called to buy a new one they sent me another for free. Customer service from Frabill/Plano is awesome.

I’ve had 2 of these. First one the pump quit working in 4 months. The second one the pump quit working 2 hours into the first use. Zero stars do not recommend

Bucket is nice pumps are junk I've got 2 of these bucket one is 2 years old and is on its second pump that has been used 4 times in 6 months and stopped working already the other bucket is 10 months old and pump doesn't work save your money. Customer service is a joke I've sent them messages with no response!

This bait station is perfect to keep minnows alive while fishing. We lost our cord and the company went above and beyond to help us out!!!
