I have owned 10 of these over the years and EVERY single one of them rusts out at the black swivel screws that lock in the battery compartment. I have replaced with zip ties around the compartment. I keep buying them because when they work the very best bait bucket, just know they will rust.

i now have 3 of these . all 3 are dead .frabill said sorry. me to.definately don't recomend.

Worked great first three times I used it. Fourth time got caught out in the rain. Didn’t think anything about it because it’s supposed to have a water tight seal. When I tried to use it again it wouldn’t work. When I took it apart wires were all corroded tried cleaning it but was never able to get it working again.
