Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am central time on December 1, 2007 (12/1/07) and ends January 31, 2008 (1/31/08) at 11:59 pm central time.

SPONSOR: Frabill, Inc.

WHO CAN ENTER: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.  Employees of Frabill, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.

HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: Simply fill out the online form with all required fields and submit.  Incomplete entries will be ineligible.  Limit 1 entry per person.

RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received within the entry time period indicated for the drawing.  The Grand Prize winner will be notified by either mail or email.

PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: 1- Frabill R2-Tec Portable Ice Shelter, Model # 7070, $1299.00 Value.

GENERAL RULES: Void where prohibited by law.  No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted.  All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner who should consult their tax advisor about tax concerns.  Sponsor will provide appropriate tax documentation to winner.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  All materials submitted become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned.  Grand Prize winner will be notified approximately 4-6 weeks from the date of winner selection.  Potential winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within 15 days of notification.  Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected.  Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value.  Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and their agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.  By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.  Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the participant fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these official rules.  Not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, postage due and misdirected mail.

For the name of the winner, log on to www.r2-tec.com.  The name of the Grand Prize winner will be posted within 30 days after the date of the drawing.
